3/44: TOS USAAF as AT-11 s/n 43-10374. Served in many training units until 1949 and as T-11 served in many units as a utility plane until SOC in 12/52. In 1953 it was rebuilt as C-45H 52-10613 served with many units in Air Defense Command. 12/58: Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ., for storage. 1/59: SOC. To U.S. Forest Service.
