Delivered new to TAP as CS-TEK on 03 Jun 1983. To Damania Airways as VT-PDD on 18 Jan 1994. WFU Aug 1997. To The Peruvian Air Force as FAP351 in Apr 1998. W/O on 05 May 1998 while operating a charter for Occidental Petroleum Corporation. Crashed on landing in bad weather at Andoas, Peru.
