In the 'Spies in the Skies' exhibition. Painted in pale pink camouflage for sunrise and sunset operations, this replica represents a Spitfire PR Mk IG, which served as a photo reconnaissance aircraft with No.1 PRU and was originally piloted by James Morgan. Morgan would go on to command 682 Squadron in Italy. This photo is copyright © Howard J Curtis, and may not be used or published in any way without permission.
