Built in 1958 as N5406V and delivered to California Eastern Aviation as N6636C in July 1958. and immediately leased to Transcontinental SA of Argentina as LV-PKZ and then LV-FTV, returning to California Eastern as N469C in December 1959. Leased to Slick Airways from 1960 and bought by Intertrade Leasing of Miami in July 1966. Subsequently leased to LEBCA of Venezuela and Air Mid East (flown with Angel of Mercy titles) before being withdrawn and stored at Sebring by 1972. The aircraft was dismantled in 1989 and re-located to the nearby Avon Park bombing range.
