Del 18/09/1949. One of four Cessna 195 converted for use by Park Aerial Survey to 450hp Pratt & Whitney R-985 power with wingtip fuel tanks and called the "196". No STC was found so may have been done on an FAA Form 337 which is stretching the Minor Mod definition, but such things have happened.
