Delivered to Delta Air Lines as CV440-38 N4822C in 1956. To North Central Airlines in 1964. Converted to a CV580 in 1967. North Central merged into Republic Airlines in 1979 who merged into Northwest Airlines in 1986. To other owners after 1992 then to Air Venezuela as YV-974C in 1997.
