Delivered to United Airlines as N8049U in 1966. To United Aviation Services as N49UA in 1986 then to Transcontinental Airlines and reregistered back to N8049U in 1987, African International Airlines as 3D-AFX in 1992 and Quiet Skies as N698QS then reregistered as N698SN in 1998.
