RAF Halton Open Day 1978. 1 SoTT - 1 School of Technical Training. Unusual to see a former Royal Navy aircraft used by the RAF for ground instruction training. Delivered as XJ571 on 11 May 1960. SOC 26 Apr 1971 and transferred to the RAF at Halton for ground instruction as 8140M on 30 May 1971. To 2 SoTT at Cosford on 12 May 1979. Retired to Southampton Airport on 11 Sep 1987.
