Delivered to Piedmont Airlines as N768N in 1979. Reregistered as N226US in 1988. Piedmont merged into USAir in 1989. To Royal Airlines as C-FNAX who merged into Canada 3000 in 2001 then to Aerosur as CP-2438 in 2003. Withdrawn from use at Santa Cruz-VVI, Bolivia in 2012. Still there in 2022.
