This Hoplite was originally delivered to Slov-Air in May 1984 as OK-OIS, becoming OM-OIS in early 1984. The helicopter was at some point stored at Bratislava (BTS) and the registration cancelled in January 1999. It was first noted preserved at this location in Suhl during August 2013.
