At least 9 262s were converted to Mohawk 298 by replacing the Bastan VI engines with Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A-45 engines driving five-bladed propellers. Seen here at PHL in March, 1981. During it's career this aircraft wore F-WORC, F-OCNQ, TS-LIP, N29817 and VH-HKT...and flew for Tunisair, Allegheny Commuter, Ransome Airlines and Queensland Pacific Airways.
