Delivered to LOT as SP-LBA in 1979. To Air Ukraine as CCCP-86581 in 1992. Reregistered as UR-86581 in 1993. Withdrawn from use at Kyiv-Boryspil by 1999. Still there in 2004. Later scrapped.
