Although this 737 was delivered to Maersk Air December 14, 1979, it has spent the most time in Canada. After a short lease to Egyptian carrier Arabia in 1981, the aircraft was leased by Quebecair (August 1982 - September 1983) before settling down permanently beginning with CP Air in October 1985. Mergers and sales followed to Canadian Airlines, Air Canada, Zip Air before First Air received it November 21, 2005.
