In military service with the US Navy as 148346. Purchased by Hawkins & Powers Aviation in early 1990 from surplus stocks held at MASDC, Davis-Monthan AFB, Arizona. Hurriedly readied for a ferry flight to the H&P base at Greybull, Wyoming where it was kept in store pending future conversion to a firebomber. When H&P operations ceased in 2006, sold to Neptune Aviation Services of Montana and stripped for parts. This photo is copyright © David A.
