Taken on charge as HM358, 15 November 1942. Registered G-AOEJ 15 September 1955. While flying in the circuit at Denham on 19 March 1963, it struck trees and crashed into a waterway at Denham Film Studios. It was established that the pilot had suffered a fatal heart attack.
