French President Francois Mitterrand makes a brief visit to Canada enroute home from Japan. The DC-8 (formerly F-BLKX with UTA) was with Commandement du Transport Aerien Militaire of the French Air Force 1966 - 89. Registered C-FIWW in September 1989 for ACS (Air Charter Systems), the freighter was sold to MK Airlines as 9G-MKF in 1995. Last with Hewa Bora Airways from 2006 until stored at Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo sometime around 2007, it had been registered S9-PSD and 9Q-CHL.
