One of 28 R90s built. Following Ruschmeyer's bankruptcy in 1999, Solaris Aviation of Manassas, Virginia, USA, bought the rights to the design and re-launched it as the Solaris Sigma 230 in 2001. The rights were acquired by Aircraft Technology Consulting in 2004 and two aircraft were built by 2005.
