Damaged beyond repair on 28 February 2023, in a tragic accident with the loss of both on board. Reported missing on a flight from Nakina to Fort Hope. The wreckage was discovered four days later in an isolated area 57 km to the northwest of Nakina. This photo is copyright © David A.
