Delivered to United Airlines as N8036U in 1961. To Air New Zealand as ZK-NZF in 1970 then to Cyprus Airways as N99862 in 1976 and Evergeen International as N804EV in 1978. Withdrawn from use at Marana, AZ in 1984. Still there in derelict condition in 1986. Later scrapped.
