Registered 26th April 1955, ex T7187. Depicted at North Weald after arrival from Rochester for temporary duty as glider-tug for the Essex Gliding Club while repairs were completed to their usual tug aircraft, Super Cub G-ARAM, which was extensively damaged a few months earlier when it struck the fuel pumps at Stapleford. G-AOBX had arrived at North Weald in company with Beagle Terrier 2 G-ASAK, which acted as crew-ferry.
