Delivered to the USAAF as 45-491 in 1945. Renamed to USAF in 1947. Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB with park code CC208 in 1972. Sold to Dross Metals then to Waig Aircraft in 1976. Registered as N406WA in 1979 and converted to a fire bomber then to ARDCO in 1982. To Florida Air Transport in 2006 and fire bombing tank removed. To Jet One Express in 2011.
