Built as a CV-440 in 1957 then modified by Canadair to CV-540 CF-LMA. It then passed to the RCAF as CC-109 serial 11162. In 1966 it was civilianized and further modified to CV-580 configuration. Here registered to Kelowna Flightcraft Air Charter for use by Purolator since December 1985 and re-registered as C-FHNM by Nolinor in 2005.
