The WS-24 was built by Vincent Seremet and tested in 1981. It originally had a 28 hp engine but that was not powerful enough to get airborne. It was exchanged for a 45 hp one and then it was succesfully flown. It later went to the Danmarks Tekniske Museum in Helsingør, and from there to the Danmarks Flymuseum in Stauning where it was seen by 2019. Vincent Seremet had built 37 hanggliders, autogyros, gyrogliders, flexwing ultralights, paramotors, helicopters and strap-on wings with a rocket engine. At the age of 88 he jumped from a C-130 at 4 km altitude with a rocket wing.
