This diorama at the NMUSAF is configured to appear as the UH-1F flown by Capt. Jim Fleming on 26th Nov. 1968, when he braved intense enemy fire to rescue a small reconnaissance team that was about to be overrun by a much larger enemy force. For his bravery, Captain Fleming was awarded the Medal of Honor. This photo is copyright © Alastair T. Gardiner, and may not be used or published in any way without permission.
