These six C-47s have long been derelict at Sedes, just east of the main Thessaloniki airport. From left to right, the complete set are C-47A 92635, C-47B KN575 c/n 33199, C-47A 92627 c/n 4658, C-47A 92634 c/n 13837, C-47A 92638 c/n 9720 and C-47B KN475 c/n 32952. Two of these are obviously ex RAF but the four with numeric serials (based on FY 49- US serials) were part of a batch of 30 supplied to Greece under MDAP in 1949. The c/n for the first one listed is unknown. KN575, centre-left in this view, was once flown in a silver/white livery.
