Now preserved at the gate to RAAF Wagga Wagga, Macchi A7-004 was built by CAC here in Australia and delivering it to the RAAF in 1967. The last squadron it flew with is 76 Squadron, which unit markings it still wears. Now looked after as part of the RAAF Heritage fleet of aircraft.
