Built in 1959 and flew with Pan Am until sale to United in 1968 as N8243U. Converted to freighter in 1977 and scrapped at Miami (KMIA) in 1985. Notice the marshaler waving him into a 180 degree turn in front of the terminal. My dream job when I was a schoolboy. This photo was added on 7 May 2022, and has since been viewed 420 times. |
