Became G-BYRX and was written off near Barn Farm, Ruddington, Nottinghamshire, on 29th December 2015. While it was hover taxiing for take-off the aircraft pitched nose-up, the pilot was unable to regain control and it rolled onto its side while descending. It was de-registered in July 2016.
