'Airside' view of the 1936 terminal building, restored to its original state after use by the military ended in 2005. Despite this building plus adjacent hangars and control tower enjoying monument protection, forces are at work to turn more of the complex into an event location, like outside the view on the left. On the positive side, F27 D-AELM has been brought here in 2021 for preservation.
