Ordered by the USAAF as 44-77027 and delivered to the US Navy as R4D-7 99856 in 1945. To the CAA as N7091C then N34 in 1957. Renamed to FAA in 1958. Retired in 1983. Restored to flying condition in 1985 and used in the FAA's aviation educational programs to promote aviation and the FAA's heritage. Last flight to the Texas Air & Space Museum in Amarillo, Texas in 2014.
