Built in 1969 it was registered as N2211W. This was cancelled in Jun-1970 as exported to Canada where it became CF-HHJ. Somewhere between 1974 and 1986 it was converted to a 206B and reregistered C-FHHJ. On 09-Sep-1989 it was written-off at the head of Ramsay Arm, BC when it hit the water caused by the glassy water effect. It was subsequently cancelled in Aug-1990. Later in 1990 C-FHHJ was reassigned to another Jet Ranger, 206L-3 cn 51382.
