Following its deployment to Alconbury (UK) with the 1st TRS, this RF-4C was placed into storage at AMARC with inventory code FP0793 from 9 December 1991 up to September 2010. The recce Phantom became a QRF-4C with the 82nd ATRS as AF400. It was shot down as an aerial target on 11 July 2014.
