The Musée de l'Air et de l'Espace has many, many interesting and significant exhibits that are not on public display, rather stored in their compound on the west side of LBG (at Dugny), or elsewhere or have been disposed of one way or another. These valuable pieces are/were outside, exposed to the elements and have suffered accordingly. These are the two museum restoration hangars and so, hopefully, some of this reserve collection is being returned to former glories. Alas it seems ex-AdlA DC-8 45570, as well as ex-AF 707 F-BLCD and ex-AdlA Caravelle 141, will rust away to dust.
