This Airbus AS 350B3+ was built by American Eurocopter Corp. at its factory at Golden Triangle Regional Airport (KGTR) in Columbus, Mississippi and test flown as N190AE before delivery to the Department of Homeland Security in 2012 and was assigned to the US Customs and Border Protection base at Bellingham International Airport, just south of the US-Canada border.
