Part of a huge Bird Dog order that went to the US Army as 51-12444. First civil registration was N5189G in 1971 with the Civil Air Patrol. The aircraft came to Canada in 1997. Flying with Canadian Army markings for several owners, it suffered a stall / spin accident shortly after take off on August 17, 2019.
