Delivered to Flying Tiger Line in October 1980 as N815FT. To FedEx in August 1989. Reregistered N634FE in December 1989. To Singapore Airlines in January 1992 as 9V-SQT. To El Al in March 1995. Withdrawn from use and stored at Tel Aviv in May 2011. The aircraft has since been scrapped.
