This is the 26th DHC-2 Beaver made by de Havilland Canada at Downsview. It was delivered in Nov 1948 to the Department of Transport and flew with the government from various bases in Canada for almost 50 years before being sold to North Bay Aviation Ltd. in Nov. 1999. It was registered to Attridge Holdings Inc. (and Doug Attridge) between 2009 and 2018 when it was based at a couple small airfields north of Toronto such as Markham and Baldwin Airport (seen here).
