Ordered by the USAAF as C-47B 43-49457 but delivered to the US Navy as R4D-6 50814 in 1944. Redesignated as an R4D-6Q in 1952 and an EC-47J in 1962. To the US Army as 0814 in 1969 the North Carolina Forest Service as N48211 in 1975 and the Southern Museum of Flight, Birmingham, AL in 1998. Cancelled from the register in 2012.
