This Coulson Aircrane Sikorsky S-61N, C-FMAY was photographed from Bell JetRanger C-GXOH while logging red cedar at Torquart Bay on the west coast of Vancouver Island in February 2014. It previously flew with Court Helicopters in South Africa as ZS-HGU before joining the Coulson fleet in Feb. 1989 for heli-logging use. Over the past 33 year the aircraft has operated in Canada, the United States and Australia on firefighting contracts when not logging and was leased to Canadian Helicopters between Nov. 2010 - Jan. 2013.
