Bombardier used this Dash 8-202 as a employee shuttle between its facilities in Montreal (CYUL) and Downsview between about 1999 and 2012 (?) when it was replaced by a Dash 8-400. This aircraft was originally built for Mesa Airlines but never delivered. It was repainted in these colours when the Dash 8 was rebranded the "Q Series" to highlight the new active noise and vibration system (NVS) installed on new aircraft to reduce interior cabin noise. Bombardier also painted a Q300 (green) and Q400 (blue) in similar markings. It was sold to Sierra Nevada Corp. in 2012 and now flies for the USAF. This photo is copyright © Kenneth I.
