Ordered by the USAAF as 43-49297 but delivered to the US Navy as R4D-6 50788 in 1944. To the CAA as N7678C in 1958. Renamed to the FAA and reregistered as N49 in 1962. To the US Department of Agriculture as N2006J in 1975 then reregistered as N235GB in 1976. Sold as N514AC in 1984. Still current on the register in 2021 and operated as a warbird.
