First flown 26 May 1976 and delivered to Zambia Airways 7 June 1976. To VASP 6 July 1995 as PP-SPJ, written off in a landing accident 26 January 2003 at Rio Branco-Plácido de Castro International Airport (RBR) when the aircraft drifted through a cloud bank on short finals hitting a tree and breaking the landing gear on touch down.
