This aircraft was originally built by DHA at Mascot for the RAAF as A17-417 with cn 592. Somewhere along the line it gained the rebuild cn T185, probably after a crash. It was civilianised in May 1946 as VH-ART. This shot was taken at the Kyneton Easter Airshow in the hands of 'Captain Boggles' - you can even see some toilet paper on the tailplane, remains of some streamer-cutting.
