Delivered to the USAAF as 42-32874 in 1943. To NC61989 in 1945, N5109 in 1949, N51091 in 1967 and N510NR in 1972. Converted by Basler to BT67 #12 then to the Guatemala Air Force as 580 in 1992. Damaged beyond repair in a landing accident at Santa Elena, Guatemala in 2003.
