Delivered to the USAF as 62-4197 in 1963. Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB with park code CL007 in 1987. To Western International yard in 1995. Painted by graffiti artist Andrew Schoultz in 2012 and exhibited in the Pima Air and Space Museum.
