This An-2 was first delivered to Slov-Air in April 1980. At one point it was almost exported to Algeria but this fell through and at some point underwent conversion to a fire-fighter. There are four fire-fighting 'mission marks' for 2017 and six for 2018 but none since, and the plane is currently stored at the back of this hangar at LKJC. This photo is copyright © Alastair T.
