Delivered to BEA Helicopters in March 1965 remaining with the airline through name change to British Airways Helicopters in 1974 and sale to Robert Maxwell's Maxwell Aviation becoming British International Helicopters. It was written off 1 February 2018 at Marchwood Sea Mounting Centre, Hampshire due to a technical failure. It spent most of its time flying between Penzance and the Scilly Isles and is seen here arriving from Tresco.
