Learjet 24B-223 (built 1970) spent its whole service life in Germany, first as D-IOGA/D-COGA and later as D-CFVG/D-IFVG, depending on the maximum take-off weight allowance. After 23 years it was sold as N7074X to a company based in Illinois, but after a ferry flight to the US it was most probably only used for parts and later broken up.
