Built for the USAAF as C-47A 42-92458 but delivered to the US Navy as R4D-5 17126 in 1944. Modified to a R4D-5Q in 1952. To the CAA as N3458G in 1955. Redesignated as an EC-47H in 1962. To the FAA as N41 in 1966 and N23 in 1974. To N87788 and N2001J in 1975 then to the US Department of Agriculture as N224GB in 1976. To Lee County Mosquito Control District in 1981.
