In the 1970s delivered to the Shah's air force as 5-158, later becoming 5-142 as the second aircraft with that serial. Current mark applied with the mass reserialling on 1 September 1976. The encircled 7 on the tail confirms 7th Tactical Air Base, Shiraz, as its home, making it a 71 TAS or 72 TAS aircraft.
